Like other products we take from the environment, paper receipts are having a dire impact on our environment.Deforestation & waste
Paper receipts have a very short useful lifespan, and contributes to the loss of millions of trees annually. Producing the paper for these receipts also consumes billions of liters of water each year.
Carbon footprint
Producing and transporting receipt paper and maintenance generates excessive amounts of CO2 emissions.
Non-recyclable
Most receipts are coated in BPA or BPS chemicals. The thermal paper cannot be recycled, adding to a landfill crisis.

BPA and BPS chemicals typically found on receipts are harmful not only to us, but to the environment. When disposed of, these leach into the environment hurting ecosystems.

Do I need to be a large business to use this?
Not at all! We aim to incorporate many businesses from a variety of sizes and experience.
Is this compatible with my current point-of-sale (PoS) system?
We integrate with most major POS systems to make setup seamless. If you have a system we don't yet offer support for yet, get in contact with us and we'll try our best to make it work!
Will customers use digital receipts?
Yes! Most customers will prefer digital receipts over time as they don't get lost, don't fade and don't clutter wallets. It also makes expense tracking easier.
Are paper receipts really that bad for the environment?
Paper receipts contribute significant amounts to deforestation, excessive water usage, CO2 emissions and toxic waste dispersal into the environment due to BPA and BPS coatings.
What if my customer still wants a paper receipt?
While we strongly encourage transitioning fully to digital, we understand that some customers may be reluctant at first. We've tried to make it as easy as possible for customers in the onboarding process, but you can still offer paper receipts if required.
Is it hard to setup?
We don't think so! With that in mind, we are available to assist you with onboarding, troubleshooting and any other questions that you may have.
